Apparently between 18 mo and 19 mo I never got around to posting any pictures. Sorry about that. It does seem like we're taking fewer these days because Trevor is so busy he's usually a blur, but here a few from last month that I did capture.
Still sleeps with his bum up in the air sometimes, but apparently not always.
His climbing skills have taken him to whole new heights so I had to move the trunk at the foot of our bed to keep him out of mischief while I brush my teeth. Now he typically stands on my toes trying to touch the water- never a break.
Labor Day weekend- visit from Gram & Pap and apple pie :]
We have a crab apple tree in our front yard. At the beginning of the summer we started picking up the apples because Trevor tried to eat them. I would put them in his wagon and he would grab them back out. By the end of the summer if I told him we were going to get apples he could get his wagon from the garage, drag it over, help gather, take it back to the garage, and help toss apples into the waste bag without crying. :]
While my mom & Sam were here I used some of my birthday money to buy rocking chairs for our front patio, and Sam helped Kyle put them together. Trevor and I usually sit and rock a bit waiting for Kyle to get home from work. We see the school bus, the regular dogs who come by at that hour, and usually an airplane or two. Trevor perks right up when he hears one and is quick to look for it.
Trevor likes to hold hands a lot now, but sometimes he decides he'd rather chomp you!! He also loves it when we pretend to smell his feet and say 'stinky piggies' but when he pretends to smell yours he opens his mouth like he's going to bite instead of smell and then cracks up laughing.
He regularly wants me to hold his hand when we go on walks so Kyle pushes the stroller and I walk beside him. Sometimes he even whines for me to switch sides so he can twirl my wedding ring around- Mr. Particular. Can't slip anything by him. Definitely my son. :)
One weekend in September we went to a free Aero Carnival on the AirForce Base. There were supposedly free hay rides but we missed the last one. :( Still got a balloon animal, went to a puppet show, and watched them inflate this hot air balloon.
Visit with Grandma & Grandpa Linden at our house 9/15
Trevor loves to do anything I do. He loves vacuuming so much that he flips out if I try to help. We bought him a toy vacuum thinking that he could use it while I used the real thing, but no such luck. Oh well, I'm not turning down the help!
Trevor is starting to interact with his toys more. He loves to pretend to feed his bear and put people in/on cars to go for a ride. He also loves to pretend to talk on the phone and usually says, "Hello. GOOD!" before I even ask "How are you?" He says new words every day- some stick and some we only hear once and then never again.
That pretty much sums it up. :] Thanks for reading.
Hello. GOOD! :]
