Misc March

This very random post uploaded very out of order.  Oh well. 

Viki came to visit March 6-9.  I picked her up halfway between here and Louisville, and while trying to avoid a major traffic jam we took the LONG way home.  Oh well again.  While she was here we forgot to take any pictures including our heads.  But we did take one of our fancy jamberry fingernails.  If you don't know what that is, it's not important.  The day after she left I got all the prize samples I won in the mail.  Go figure.

She made us these awesome vases, which I love.  :]

 We made Kyle's birthday cake a few days early, and Trevor cut Kyle out of their selfie.

He cooperated a little better here.

 For me, not as much.

Trevor got Kyle all the seasons of DOUG on dvd.  In a few years Trevor can watch them with him.

We went out to dinner at Red Robin the night of his birthday.  

Trevor was too distracted by everything going on in there to look at the camera. 

His new obsession is swimming in the bathtub.  He used to just try this at the end after he cleaned up his toys but now he flops back and forth between sitting and swimming ten or more times each bath.  He is extremely proud of himself and as soon as we tell him it's time to go upstairs for bath he chants "Swim, swim, swim".

This week it warmed up and we got to play outside a bit.  Trevor loves to ring the doorbell but unfortunately can't quite reach so he calls for us to come give him a boost.  He also enjoys tapping rocks off the lamp post to hear them ding.  If someone walks by on the road Trevor yells 'bye' at least 50 times.  It is interesting to see who ignores him, who says 'bye', and who humors him by saying 'bye' back 50 times.  :)

I feel like I had a lot more to write about him but I guess we'll save that for another day.
